HPSO is a charitable non-profit organization located
in Augusta GA. HPSO was founded in 1998 as an out reach of
New
Life Christian Center. HPSO is a Christ based non-profit
organization with a threefold mission to provide for the physical,
spiritual and educational assistance to those in need. It is our
goal to ease the burden on our government and our economy by providing
assistance to those in need, and ultimately to help them to gain
the skills needed to create a better life for themselves and their
families.
HPSO's initial program consisted of a food pantry which was
established in 1999. The pantry is a registered distributor with
Golden
Harvest Food Bank, helping to feed families eligible
and not eligible
for FDA and SNAP assistance.
